The Covington Police Department Explorer Program is designed to give boys and girls ages 14-21, an opportunity to gain experiences in Law Enforcement as well as learn the importance of working as a team, honesty and strong values. The post is self-funded by fundraising and donations. When you make a purchase of popcorn, it will be sent to our military personnel across seas.
