Building fund for aging Dad

My Dad's health is declining, and we want to add on to our house to care for our Dad, and help our Mom in this horrible situation. Even though we have 3 children at our house, my wife suggested we add on to our house. We know this can be a challenge for us, but are sure God will direct us in the care of our Dad. He was always there for me and my brother, now it is payback time to help my Dad.
