The Rusty Ball is an annual event that celebrates the volunteer spirit by giving back to our community. Charitable organizations utilize the event as a primary source of revenue generation, or a secondary source to raise operating capital for their primary event.

The Spirit of Cincinnatus is a non-profit charitable organization formed by the members of The Rusty Griswolds to honor and continue the unselfish volunteer spirit and values embodied by the great Roman leader, Cincinnatus. The organization's mission is to improve the overall quality of life in and around the city that is name for the leader by providing assistance for life’s unexpected challenges and opportunities. In addition, a key initiative of the organization will be to provide an operational foundation for The Rusty Ball.
